KEIWER VILLABONA, passionate about SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT, spent nine years mastering his craft, navigating CHALLENGES, and refining his SKILLS. His time as a FREELANCER taught him RESILIENCE, SELF-MANAGEMENT, and the intricacies of the UPWORK PLATFORM—laying the FOUNDATION for something bigger.

OVERCOMING CHALLENGES

FREELANCING in VENEZUELA came with STRUGGLES—POWER OUTAGES, UNSTABLE INTERNET—but KEIWER’S DETERMINATION never wavered. He worked through the NIGHT, strengthened his PORTFOLIO, and built a NETWORK of trusted CLIENTS and FRIENDS. These tough years shaped his ADAPTABILITY and VISION for the future.

THE BIRTH OF KUNAISOFT

2014-2015

Discovering UPWORK’S AGENCY FEATURE, KEIWER saw an OPPORTUNITY to build a TEAM. By 2015, KUNAISOFT was OFFICIALLY FOUNDED. The name, inspired by the VERSATILE KUNAI TOOL and his ADMIRATION for JAPANESE CULTURE, reflected AGILITY, WISDOM, and the spirit of NINJA DEVELOPERS.

FIRST STEPS AS A TEAM

2015-2016

KEIWER reached out to COLLEAGUES, inviting them into his AGENCY. Some joined as COMMITTED TEAM MEMBERS, while others supported in SYMBOLIC WAYS. This early COLLABORATION fostered TRUST, UNITY, and a shared VISION for delivering HIGH-QUALITY SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS.
