The Challenge
The platform needed urgent improvements to its UI/UX, VIDEO CALL FEATURES, EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS, and CALENDAR MANAGEMENT. Additionally, new tools were required to deliver modern, synchronized, and legally compliant document handling — all within one centralized system.
The Solution
Kunaisoft redesigned 80% OF THE VIEWS to improve UX, fixed the Zoom integration, reengineered email notifications, and rebuilt 40% OF THE ADMIN CALENDAR. We then implemented a full Caldav server for BI-DIRECTIONAL SYNC with iOS and in-platform calendars, integrated docusignfor secure digital signatures, and connected STRIPE for seamless, one-time payments.
